Summer Holy Grails (other than SPF) To Prevent Sun Damage

Suns out, summer vacations on. Beach days, hikes, summer get togethers, and all those fun outdoor activities can leave your skin screaming for help.


The sun isn't all bad, it's great for regulating sleep cycle and mood (don't you always feel better when you get a little sun). However, it can in excess cause hyperpigmentation, collagen loss, and earlier signs of aging.

 
But did you know that plants are allies to help defend against sun damage?  Yep, it's actually true.

Studies show SPF works better when paired with antioxidant rich skincare to prevent and repair free radicals that steal your skin's healthy hydrated youthful glow.

  2. Sunglasses protect your eyes from bright sun and also prevent squinting that after time causes fine lines around your eyes and that annoying 11 between the brows.
