Life gets busy and unplanned situations arise, we understand. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. We value your time as well as our schedule and the needs of other clients.
Appointments cancelled within 72 hours, for any reason, will be charged the full amount of the appointment services which were originally booked using the card provided at the time of booking. This includes not appearing or canceling within 72 hours of the appointment for any reason. Should illness arise and you need to cancel, once you reschedule within 1 week. we will happily credit you back the cancellation fee. We greatly appreciate your consideration and understanding of this matter.
