Are you products made in the USA and where are ingredients sourced from?
Right here in my Charleston, South Carolina studio. All of the gorgeous multitasking skincare rituals are formulated, batched, and bottled by me, Kara. I take great care in sourcing ingredient that are sustainable, fair trade and locally produced where possible with your skin in mind.
I even ship directly from the studio as well. It brings me so much joy packaging up your rituals.
Are your skincare products plant-based, organic and clean ?
You bet your gorgeous face, they are. We feel that plants and holistic living are keys to a healthy, simplistic, vibrant life. Plants are magical and provide so many nutrients beneficial to our bodies is so many ways. We use unrefined oils, and beautiful organic botanicals, and always organic when possible. Sometimes, unrefined oils are better than refined, organic oils because they haven't been stripped of all their natural antioxidants and plant compounds.
Are your products gluten free and nut free?
Yes, all of our ingredients are gluten and nut free. Since I produce all of our products in-house you don't have to worry about other products containing nuts or gluten being produced in the same location. Wheeew, right!?!
Do you test on animals? Are your products vegan?
We absolutely DO NOT test on animals.
A few of our products are not vegan since we use raw organic honey and beeswax from a local sustainable beekeeper. We feel that sustainability and love for animals and plants are very important to our survival. The local Beekeepers we work with LOVE bees and have a passion for nurturing and caring for them.
What is the shelf life of your products?
We small batch every product. Often you may be receiving a product that was just formulated and poured the same week. As our products are 100% natural, the ingredients will be at their best within 9-12 month. We harness the power of plant science and only use 100% natural ingredients with a self-preserving technology. That being said we encourage you to open and begin using your goodies soon after receiving them because they are too good to just sit.
Is it possible to have a reaction?
While everyone's skin is unique, reactions are not common with our products. If you have reactive or sensitive skin, please do a patch test first and incorporate new products slowly into your skincare routine. We recommend reaching out to us before you order if you have a specific concern. The Sample/Travel Set is a great way to experience Me Time's skin rituals . If you do experience a reaction, please email or reach out through DM, right away so we can help you through it.
Do you take returns or offer refunds?
Everyone's skin is different with unique needs. So I offer a Sample Set that will allow you and your skin to get to know Me Time's multitasking skincare. It's a great introduction to our line without the big commitment.
Our in-house small batch, from-scratch production process is labor-intensive so I hope you LOVE your new skin rituals. But if you don't love how they make your skin glow after 14 days, I'm happy to offer you a store credit. There are many other goodies to experience. Still not sure, try the Sample Set, it's a great introduction.
Our products have a light earthy, herbal, floral aroma but are not overpowering at all to those with sensitive noses. However, I'm not able to offer store credit just because you don't like the smell.
No need to send back your products (that's a hassle and increases your carbon footprint) because I want you to share them with a friend that will love them.

What if my products get damaged during shipping?
How frustrating! I bet you were super excited to open your package only to find them damaged. BOOO. I do my very best to ensure that doesn't happen. We carefully package everything right up in the Charleston studio. However, sometimes things happen, so if you ever have something arrive broken, please email me at hello@metimebotanicals or message me through social media with pictures of the damaged item(s) within 48 hours of delivery so I can quickly send you out a replacement.
Where do you ship?
Currently, your order will ship from our Charleston, SC studio and we only ship to the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. As we grow, so will our shipping footprint.
How soon should I receive my order?
No one likes waiting, we get it. We package up your rituals within hours of receiving your order. Often your purchase is on its way to you the same day or within 24 hours. Our goal is for you to receive your shipment within 3-4 days after purchasing. However, during the holiday or while we are carving out Me Time (vacation) shipping may be delayed slightly.

We offer Charleston SC local pickup and delivery for your skincare orders. Just choose the delivery option at checkout. Once your order is received, we will reach out to schedule delivery.
