Before starting any supplement, it's best to talk with a health care provider to be sure it won't interact with any medications you're taking, she advises. Working with a Registered Dietitian that will help you develop a personalized plan, and take into consideration certain factors such as health conditions, potential nutrient deficiencies, and any medications is important.
